One of the responsibilities and joys of being a Christian is the study of God's Word!  The Christian's life is enriched by reading  the Bible. In 2 Timothy 2:15 we are commanded to Study so we may appropriately handle God's Word. This is an awesome responsibility. Being a teacher of God's Word is a high calling with an eternal impact. Remember to always be in an attitude of prayer, willing to let God's Holy Spirit lead and guide you in and through the truth of the Scriptures. See 2 Timothy 3:16&17.

  • Why Read the Bible - Twelve timeless and irrefutable reasons why everyone must read and study the Bible. Just reading over this will make you appreciate your Bible more!

  • Bible Study Tools - A great easy to use online collection of commentaries, dictionaries, and other Bible study tools. This site makes some time honored classics  and new materials available for you to use in your Bible study and lesson preparation.

  • Christian Classic Ethereal Library - A large collection of Christian books, materials and writings. This site makes several hundred books available on line and is growing daily. It would be well worth your time to check this site out.

  • Harmony of the Gospels - An online harmony of the Gospels. A very useful tool for the Study of the life of Christ!

  • Bible History & Archaeology - A premium site for Bible history, archaeology and many other subjects. This one is a must see! Here is a site that is the result of literally hundreds and hundreds of hours worth of research and work. We have included this site so you can share in the wealth of information it contains.

  • Bible Gateway - A word search that can be used through several different Bible translations.

  • Topical Bible - Find out what the Bible says about several thousand topics. An excellent online topical Bible.

  • Origins -  Atheism, Darwinism, Evolution and other topics are dealt with on this site. What does true science do to evolution? What do real scientists believe about evolution? You will be pleasantly surprised. This site is heavily contributed to by scientists and intellectuals who are committed Christians and believe that God exists and He created not only the universe but man too!

  • Creationism - This site is has a tremendous amount of information and  appeals to a wider range of audiences than the Origins site above. You will find useful information for all age groups.

  • Christian Apologetics and Research Ministry (CARM)  -  This site is highly useful when dealing with cults and many  non-Christian philosophies. The author's stated purpose for this ministry is 1: Equip Christians in the truth. 2: Answer opposition to the Christian faith. 3: Bring Glory to Jesus Christ.

  • Hall of Church History  - If you need information on the history of the Christian Church, this is one of the finest sites in existence. The creator  and curator of this site is Phil Johnson. Phil has been a full time staff member of John MacArthur Ministries for several years. This site is a result of thousands of hours of research and work.

  • The Christian Arsenal - Ancient Languages - This is a section is for the more advanced or adventurous student who may want to do some word and/or Biblical language studies. This site is a page from my webmaster's website "The Christian Arsenal". It will provide you with the resources to do some in depth digging and research.
